Clean and had everything we needed the beds ware super comfortable

Only issue was from an other room smoking cannabis downstairs and could smell it in our room upstairs 😒 I had my young children with me an 1 has serious bad asthma and it was making her choke from downstairs Otherwise nothing bad to say as that doesn't reflect the hotel it was other guests

The handmade elephants out of towels was so cutee, Netflix on the tv was perfect for my baby , the comfort was amazing and so homely

Clean tidy and well presented

Sofa was made into bed so had nowhere to sit except breakfast bar which was not comfy, very small but was really well presented, bathroom really nice

The Apartment (Suite 1) was beautiful. It was clean & luxurious & had everything we needed. The hot tub in the garden was fabulous & the jetted bathtub was also lovely & relaxing. The location was absolutely perfect. We could see the waterpark from the front door. 2 mins walk to both the waterpark & pleasure beach, arcades, wetherspoons etc There was a problem at check in but it was handled so quickly & professionally & they went out of their way to fix the problem & made sure we were more than compensated for the issue. The bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch too & much appreciated!! Next time we visit Blackpool we will DEFO be staying here again! Thanks!!
