The Beach House

Location was the best part. House was clean and well stocked. We were only there few nights so it worked out. Shower was big and spacious (good water pressure) a plus!

Air conditioning unit was loud, making a lot of noise and leaking condensation. At times during the day it felt like it was poorly working and not cooling hen house properly.

Being able to give instruction to know where the pool is located to be ablet to have access to it as well.

The apartment was clean, efficient, and so close to the boardwalk!

The walls were super thin. I could hear the entire conversations in the room next to mine. Then in the kitchen I heard everything too. They need to figure a way to better sound proof the apartments. As 2 families with kids ranging from 3 to 17, I could only imagine how “loud” we were to them at 11pm after the boardwalk closed.

Aesthetically pleasing

Beds were uncomfortable and so was couch. Not enough seating. Walls were too thin and I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. The bunk bedroom was too small to open the door and have the trundle open. There weren’t clear instructions about how to access the pool. The door at bottom of steps didn’t have a lock and that wasn’t explained either. It was not worth the money. I regret staying there and paying a cleaning fee. Never again.

I liked the balcony. room accommodations. Bathroom.

good spot

It was perfect location. It Seemed as tho they just cleaned surface level. The bunk beds had 1 pillow without a pillow sheet on it, a sheet, and a wool blanket that was not comfortable and old. I had to By a comforter to be able to Sleep comfortably. The one day it rained and the one window was leaking the room had so much water in it. They also didn’t tell me I Need to bring certain things such as hand soap, paper towels, trashbags. Also the light on the porch stays on all night but no curtains in the room so it can keep you up.
