Staff were amazing

Seating area is not very comfortable. Drink selection was quiet limited especially on beers, draft or bottles

The staff were lovely and attentive. Rooms clean and modern. Bed was comfy and bar was fantastic. Great location near a subway station -good location for Trnsmt festival

We ordered room service via the app late at night but it just never came so I’d advise calling reception to order anything instead. They hadn’t noticed the order even come through. I waited up very tired for an hour before I realised it wasn’t coming! Not blaming them for my hangover obviously but it didn’t help!! 😂 also may have to wait up to two weeks for the refund! 😳

If you come by car there are no signs in front of the front door regarding x minute loading or unloading. We went around twice, and in Glasgow with one way streets, that takes a lot of time. We finally decided to just pull up in front and put the flashers on to unload and check in. Would have been nice to have known this beforehand.
