* Room charges - very affordable! * Ease of online food ordering - The restaurant gave full freedom to order food online from anywhere and they also supplied cutlery to eat the outside food along with bringing the food to the room after taking delivery at the reception. * Balcony - surprisingly there was a small balcony in the back of my room which offered good views. One may grab their chair to sip a coffee in the evening while watching the night set in.

* Corridor and lift areas * Parking space in basement - too steep gradient * No in-house restaurant available to order food * AC remote was not in great working condition, the AC didn't seem to be fully functional. However, in this season it was pleasant so didn't miss the AC * The location was boring, with no nearby places to go for eating on foot.

Ambience and staff behaviour was great

No toiletries provided and no cleaning unless asked for! Complimentary breakfast was average and can be improved

Good staff,nice rooms.

Food supplied from one restaurant. There should be more option.
