The staff was cooperative. They provide breakfast with limited options but it's Ok.

I booked the room as in the amenities it was mentioned that it provides an electric kettle but when I checked in they told me that their stock of milk is finished so they cannot provide. When I insist they arranged after 10-11 hours of Check in. For everything you have to ask. Service is bit slow.

Breakfast was very good. though there were not many items but all the dishes given were very tasty. The breakfast buffet area was clean and hygienic.

Room service was extremely slow. Could of times I ordered tea and it took almost more than an hour to get the tea. The pillow covers were dirty and torn out. I complained at the hotel reception but no one changed.
