Cockroaches having a permanent abode in the mattresses. Fan not starting. Broken comode. Rooms least sanitized.

Will not recommend, will not repeat the stay. What is shown in app and actuals are contrasting..

The room was very untidy The maintenance at the property was very poor. The staff were very loud and inconsiderate. The switch board in the room was broken. The towel was dirty.

The rooms were big and cozy.

The room had many problems. 1. The wifi wasn't working. 2. Being a hotel in a hilly area, shockingly they didn't have any geyser in the room. 3. They will overcharge you for your breakfast. In booking.com it shows you just have to pay Rs. 75 extra for breakfast, but they will overcharge you. I had to pay Rs.315 for the breakfast as they denied the offer from booking.com.
