I liked the staff, they are sincerely trying to take care of the customer and they are all very kind. Next to the centre is a positive but also negative as too noisy and dirty. I liked that they don't smoke even outside during eating, is not permitted thanks God. Spaces are big and nice to hang out.

Parking is far from and to pay a part, not really happy with, absolutely not acceptable for a 4 stars. Hotel is too old, bathroom is old, some places in the hotel are old, there is no maintenance but this is because the kind of tourist that go there doesn't care about it. Swimming pool was cold, the child couldn't swim, I have booked the hotel for the swimming pool, but no way to use it. Very bad. There is no quality of food but quantity. Everything is about quantity and not quality. During eating hours there are so many people that it seems to be at a railway station in a capital city. Not stuffs in the room like hair cup and things like that, that a 4 stars hotel should have.the price is too high for the kind of hotel and quality he offers. There is everything but not much taken care of, as they are really too many people. I feel bad for people who work in the restaurant. There is also a waste for food that makes me feel bad.

Well after 17 years from my last visit to Sunny Beach I decided to choose this hotel, I had seen a couple of bad reviews prior but decided that the positive far outweighed the negative, i travelled woth 32 friends and family. BOY WAS I WRONG. We had a sea view room and the noise is horrendous at night, live bands till 2am from Rout 66 bar and when that stopped you had the fair till around 4am, there was also Jack's and many other pubs/clubs that never seemed to stop. The hotel states that there is a gym but this is a lie, there is an external workout area outside by the pool. There was supposed to be a laundrette but there wasn't, a pool table for the kids but there wasn't. I had chosen this hotel also because it accommodated for British but it doesn't, the food is disgusting and most of the time not edible, thank God for pizza and barbecue. There were multiple dangerous concerns with this hotel like electrical fuse boards not closed and exposed to children, razer sharp grills raised by the pool areas, broken slabs, sharp edges on the ramp entering the pool area and pool tiles loose and falling apart, 2 families had to move rooms due to leaks. The whole hotel needs modernising and if not for the entertainment staff I wouldn't be able to find a positive. I am advising the British to stay away and go somewhere else to stay
