A fost totul ok!

Upon arriving at hotel we got early check in room was lovely but as soon as night came it was like a night club in the room I complained and was moved straight away the next morning with no problem, the food wasn’t great but always found something to eat even my 5 yr old wasn’t hungry, the staff were absolutely lovely couldn’t fault any of them apart from miss trunchbull monitoring the restaurant but maybe it’s a cultural difference. The pools were clean and tidy and animation team did a good job only problem was finding a sun bed as usual people leave towels and don’t come back for hours at a time. Overall we enjoyed the stay I personally wouldn’t come back to Bulgaria not because of the locals but the other nationalities that were there my son was saying hello and trying to make friends and people just were not friendly but again maybe a different culture thing but he couldn’t understand why they would be that way. It’s nice to be nice after all.

Parcul de distractii si cluburile de noapte de langa, produc foarte mult zgomot, toata noapte, pana spre dimineata, mai mult de ora 5. Putin deranjant pentru cei ce sunt obisnuiti sa se odihneasca in liniste, muzica auzindu-se destul de tare in camerele cu vedere spre mare. Am platit o camera cu vedere spre mare, insa marea se vedea numai putin, din cauza unei alte cladiri (tot a hotelului). Nu sunt sezlonguri ale hotelului langa mare. Nu exista parcare oferita in pretul platit, trebuie platita separat parcarea/zi.
