Die Nähe zum Meer und die Möglichkeit zum Waschen. Gutes indisches Restaurant gleich über die Strasse. Strandtücher und -Stühle standen zur Verfügung. Handtücher wurden liebevoll als Blumen gefaltet und es hatte eine kleine Erstausstattung mit Spülmittel und WC Papier. Genügend Hand- und Strantücher vorhanden.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Einiges funktionierte nicht (Lüftung Badezimmer). ES wirkte alles etwas schmuddelig. Geschirr nicht sauber abgewaschen. Keine Mõglichkeit Kleider zu verstauen. Die Fotos versprechen etwas anderes...

Balcony very dirty, poor condition, a/c barely running (portable )

The location is nice. It’s across from a small beach and close to restaurants and highways. Overall it’s okay but the amenities lack and made it more stressful for us. The property management company should spend a few extra $ and upgrade the umbrellas and other areas of the unit. Bathroom Light is out. Shower head leaks. Fan is broken. Living space Two outlets near porch door didn’t seem to work. Kitchen Old/outdated oil and other items. Throw out the old stuff. Beach rentals Both umbrellas are broken and don’t work.

Very unhappy with Maui Rental Group. When we entered the room we saw that the internet did not work. So we call the Maui Rental Group and they were very unhelpful could not care less about a us. They said the would make a work order and did nothing else. We called the next day and they were mean and argumentative and still did not fix a simple thing. For the whole trip we would call once or twice every day, but no fix. So on my birthday in Maui I had to call the internet provider myself, talk to there support, schedule someone to fix it and they had to come out on my birthday instead of me out in Maui enjoying my birthday. I am not staying at Maui any more and I have told my family and friends about Maui Rental Group.

Overall a great stay at this place. Great spot to be close to a lot of things and also very quiet. Only complaint would be that it was a little hot at times in the room but the fan really helped with that. Would recommend.

This property was ok. I really wish the AC would have actually cooled off the room! It was always super hot no matter what we did. The beach was amazing. I wouldn’t say it had great value. We probably could have rented a hotel room for less. Wasn’t super clean but it is super close to beach.

I liked the location & the Hawaiian charm.

It’s very outdated. I’m in property management & look at every detail of a property. It could use to be painted & light fixtures updated.

The location was awesome although you had to cross a busy little road to get to the beach. But also a good satelite location for visiting the rest of the island.

Although the picture were accurate, they were desiveing. Making us disappointed upon arrival. After being condo owners we were use to much nicer units. Also we thought we had a washer in Unit so didn't bring many clothes
