Browns Avenue Hotel

We've just returned from a wonderful Monday to Friday stay at Browns Avenue Hotel thanks to Hotel Manager André Rala and his team. The hotel is thoughtfully designed as was our Contemporary Deluxe Double Room. The hotel's communal areas are elegant and good for relaxing while waiting for friends. The rooftop pool and sunbed area was a peaceful and lovely space to relax (we used this area far more than we expected to). The housekeeping team did an outstanding job as our room was spotless throughout our stay. The front of house team, from the professional presence at the front door through our stay and the front desk team, were consistently helpful. The restaurant is beautiful and the food excellent. Again the restaurant team were warm and helpful. We would definitely recommend Browns Avenue Hotel would stay again.

Staff were friendly, the restaurant was top tier, the library was very calming and the location was very handy.

Two points. First, The Browns Avenue was exceptionally clean. My room was spotless, and overall, all of the facilities were very well maintained and kept in excellent condition.

Some of the front desk team members were not particularly friendly and at times came across as dismissive, which negatively affected my overall experience. However, I would like to specifically recognise Carlos and Adele. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, consistently going above and beyond to assist me. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a significant difference during my stay. Without their outstanding service, my impression of the overall customer service would have been much less positive.

This hotel is a real gem. Just set back from the main street, you are in a great location. It is not a cheap hotel but for good reason, the facilities are exceptional and you are in walking distance of great food and some of the main attractions. One of my favourites things was the roof top terrace, with a gorgeous little pool and the honesty bar. This is a very special find, and we will be staying here again.

We loved absolutely everything. This is a hotel you genuinely look forward to coming back to after a day out. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the restaurant, where breakfast is also served, was outstanding. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect and truly excelled in every category. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Honestly, this is one of the rare occasions where we cannot think of a single negative thing to say. Everything was handled perfectly, and our entire experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.
