ULIV Apartments Polanco

Good service.

We booked a three-bedroom apartment at ULIV because it was close to the Canadian embassy, where we had an appointment. My son and I arrived late, and since I had never been to Mexico City before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I did encounter a minor situation when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. However, the staff responded quickly and came equipped with tools to help me get out. When we were leaving, they arranged a taxi to the airport for my son and me, and they even covered the cost related to the bathroom incident. I thought it was very kind of the manager to do that. I would like to express my gratitude and highly recommend staying at ULIV in Polanco.

La ubicación es muy buena y el staff del edificio es muy amable y atento.

El trato del personal, tantos los vigilantes Dani y Manuel como las asistentas Melina y Mariana han sido personas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar, aconsejar que hacer, como, cuando y donde.

Ubicación, bien equipado

Las puertas de los baños están inchadas y hacen ruido al cerrar, las toallas muy percudidas ,en la regadera las paredes tenían moho, en una de las habitaciones no hay lámpara de noche

Excelente atención por parte atención al huésped, Melina, Liz y Mariana. Muy buena ubicación, muy buenas recomendaciones para comer!

Precio justo por lo que pagué
