The rooms, the view, the bed and the spa and pool facilities.

Our friends had just got married and the hotel stay was our gift to them. They didnt receive any welcome gift during our stay. You have to pay additional for use of the spa. The staff were rude and unhelpful which really let's the hotel down. Beautiful hotel but unfortunately a mediocre experience for this type of stay. The music wasn't working in the treatment room, the treatment room was cold, with bright spot lights in your eyes, not very relaxing for a massage. The therapist didnt ask me any questions and had long nails which caught on my skin a few times. Safe to say I wouldn't go there for a treatment again.
