Great property and very convenient to everything. The beach was a very short walk.

Location to the gulf. Comfortable seating in living room

Patio is v dirty, as well as, area rug and carpet. Beach chairs in bad shape. A little paint would go a long way.

The cleaning people should check dryer vent, completely full , plus the very back of dryer, chance of a fire ! Thank god I checked before using it!Should be more than 2 kitchen garbage bags for 2 week stay!

Great location - good size condo

Bathroom floor in master bath outside shower area was cracked into little pieces so we had to keep a towel over it to not get cut, hole in same bathroom wall with plastic over it that would blow out every time a/c came on , a/c door almost fell onto us in hallway, folding door not attached to track or wall , huge cockroach under bed and when we looked underneath, likely due to the cardboard boxes stored underneath - no mattress pad on master bed - that was only issue rectified while we were there was the pad
