It was a great experience! I totally recommend this hotel! It's a convention hotel that organizes different events, so normally you could meet lots of interesting people there. The staff is amazing and very helpful, always ready to fulfill any request. Very nice people, polite, and focused on excellence in their services which I appreciated greatly. The food was very tasty and the cook and his team were attentive to my requests, at all times, especially since I come from Europe and I was not very familiar with the food options. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and the staff were so nice and surprised me with a birthday cake and even sang for me! I was so impressed as this was totally their initiative and a great surprise! The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. I stayed in the deluxe suite which had also a big bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. The room had also a balcony from where I could see the surroundings. I would return there anytime as I was treated very well and had all comfort.

The wifi didn't reach a certain part of the room, but it was not a big issue in the end, maybe even better since naturally wifi causes radiation, and that didn't reach the bed :) This was the case only for this particular deluxe suite. The other rooms had super-fast connectivity in any corner.
