We were so tired we played down soon after we got in the room and absolutely lived the mattresses, literally melted into them. It was a dreamy experience and hopefully, every Super 8 has those mattresses!

I had an issue with my reservation, and a one time code and ended up having to pay for my room with a credit card. The receptionist said to call booking.com to get an explanation, but that was a very negative experience, I never got through. I called the receptionist back, she told me she had punched the wrong key to procede and that she would refund my CC payment which was great! Her name was Mary, and she was v very professional and very remorseful that she was making me wait..... So, all in all it turned out to be a great experience! Thank you!

Being disabled I asked for a ground floor. When I checked in I asked for a ground floor and was put on the 3rd floor. He didn't care when I said I was disabled he said they have an elevator. No maid service. TV kept pausing. Bed was hard
