Location, Hygiene and Friendly staff

Nothing specially as dislikeness outweighs the likeness.

The management needs to seriously improve room maintenance, service quality, and guest handling to ensure better hospitality in the future. To make matters worse, we did not receive a bill or invoice at the time of checkout. They did not like us reserving the stay through booking.com website and said it would be cheaper if we contact them directly.

Room service Staff and Catering services are excellent. Behaviour of service Staff and Security Guard all are very cordial and cooperative.

Waiting time for room food service

Rooms were luxurious, spacious, extremely comfortable, clean. All required essentials were provided.

WiFi range was very poor in the room. Though it was a leisure trip, the internet was needed for some official purposes and had a hard time with it.

Helpful staff. Location was good

Bathroom had drainage issues, room was switched out so it was fine for us but not sure what they could've done if all rooms were taken.
