Unfortunately, the female staff assisting me did not address the noise or attempt to minimize the disturbance. While her service was otherwise professional, the lack of action in that moment impacted the efficiency and comfort of the check-in process. I hope the team can be more mindful of maintaining a quieter environment for guests, especially during important interactions.

客房很乾淨、地理位置很好

整體10分滿意 除了房間沒有type C插頭. 地點10分方便 免費泊車可以周圍去 旁邊有商場食玩都沒有問題

第二次入住，服務員非常友善

床單有點粗， 睡垂下去不甚舒服！希望酒店會改

酒店環境好，晚上河境好美，而且在商場旁邊，購物，美食盡在商場，非常方便

地點很方便，就連着環宇城，吃的玩的都方便，加上可免費泊車，今次真得很滿意

值得再去
