It was extremely dirty

The room was very cold, the carpet was extremely dirty I left a day before what I paid for. The breakfast was very poor I only tried it the first morning never had again

"Dover castle trip"

Location great to visit Dover Castle. X Clean.x Comfy bed.x Friendly staff.x Dined in restaurant and food was lovely and great value for money. Also had a great breakfast

Room smaller than expected for the price charged but adequate for our one night stay. Had a slight problem with dinner order but immediately rectified

The staff! Nicky and Carol and Heidi....great people who make you feel at home. Willing to help out if needed -

Room is quite small BUT this is part of the charm of the guesthouse. It is located in a friendly neighborhood - all the houses are tucked close together with a river nearby; an old Mill and walkable to nearby grocery or pharmacy if needed..so the small rooms are very typical of the region. So on this point we feel even though small/bed for two large people - we enjoyed even the smallness
