The pillow was too high, which caused me to have a stiff neck.

Sauna was great

Szuper elhelyezkedésű, izléses kialakítású,szép, kellemes hangulatú szálloda. A szobák tiszták, kényelmesesek, nagyon jól felszereltek. A reggeli finom, választékos. Kedves személyzet.

Legközelebb szeretnénk egy szebb kilátású szobát kipróbálni.

Exvellent central yet quiet location. The breakfast has large variety. Rooms were quiet and clean!

The hotels policy of paying in advance at check-in - puts guests on the backfoot should there be issues. Really did not like how we were rather unfriendly instructed to leave the breakfast space because the staff needed to clean the place. Fair enough it was past closing time but we were just finishing and there were tons of tables around us to clean way before we would have been a blocker. Seemed totally unnecssary to confront guest like that - more observant, service oriented staff would have realised the problem would have resolved itself.

The location

For a 4 stars hotel, it felt very cheap. We paid the extra 5 Euros for a kettle but had to ask separately for cups as no one thought we might need something to pour boiling water into. The walls are very thin and we were woken up whenever our neighbour used the bathroom. The 'environmental friendly clean' essentially meant the room was not cleaned during our stay, though thankfully the bins were emptied. The weather got very cold during our stay, which led to the discovery that there are tempature restrictions for both the room and the shower. The bathroom lights are on a motion sensor, which seems like a good idea until the lights switch themselves off while you're in the shower. Overall it was ok but very much felt like they were constantly providing the bare minimum they had to under the guise of being environmentally friendly.

The room with terrace is a very good option if you want to enjoy fresh air. Very comfortable bed, great shower. Excellent breakfast. Overall an amazing hotel with everything you might need!

In other rooms than the ones with terrace windows can’t be opened. Reception tends to be busy at check in.

The location is excellent. Well placed for the market area, senate square & the train station. Exploring Helsinki further during my trip, I’m really pleased with where the hotel was. Close to all amenities but super quiet. It was all perfect. I travelled solo so wanted lounging space that was comfortable & quiet. It rained a couple of days & they even had umbrellas for hire!

No negatives.

O breakfast, a localização,. A recepcionista do breakfast Sini foi e é extremamente simpática e atenciosa merecendo um reconhecimento especial. Sauna muito boa.

O ar no quarto estava um pouco frio e não se conseguia aumentar a temperatura no controle no painel.
