ロケーションは抜群、部屋は広い、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切であった。

部屋の温度が低く、空調でも上昇しないので、ヒーターを運び込んで貰った。スタッフの対応は良かったが空調が十分であればもっと良かった。スタッフはフレンドリーなのだが顧客の数に対して十分な配置がされておらず、1人のスタッフに話しを聞いて貰うために並ばなければならないことがあった。部屋に電話がなくスマホのQRコードを通じてフロントなどと話をしなければならない方式だが、スマホの調整によっては使えなかったし、そもそもスマホが故障している場合には役に立たない方式である。浴室は十分広かったが、洗面用具などを置く台が狭すぎる。
