Liman Deluxe Hotel

Wow, this awesome boutique hotel delivers on every front! Excellent location, fabulous view, spacious comfy room, outstanding service and the best ever breakfast! The highlight of our trip… I wish our stay was longer and we will definitely come back.

The bed was possibly a little firmer than I’d like. Just nitpicking really. The place is awesome.

The only good thing about the room was the location, It's a hotel with only 3 rooms and no reception and if you need to ask about anything its impossible unless u wait until 7:00 p.m. and the rooftop is open so you have to climb 3 floors with no elevator to see someone and ask about your concern. I was given the underground room with no view at all but the kitchen of a restaurant, The light of the room is so dim and there was no internet.

The location was perfect and the breakfast was super good.

Breakfast was good, bedroom was on ground floor behind the restaurant so there was no view of the marina at all just the back restaurant. While in the room wifi could have helped It stopped working for two days.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Abdullah, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We loved that the location was just set back from the docks in a maze of picturesque, small old city streets that were fun to explore. It was a very charming location and very close to the best restaurants, shops, and bars of the city! I felt the room had lots of character too - it wasn't your standard, neutral, modern design and I thought that was a great attribute to have for this beach town. And thankfully it was also a fair bit away from the noisy, larger all-inclusive hotels-so I felt like I got to experience Marmaris more authentically this way.

Maybe because it was off-season, but be prepared for some construction and construction noises in the area. Earplugs were helpful.

Nice and quaint in a very good location for seeing the town.

Awful entrance to room up a filty back street. Dingy staircase filthy carpet. Building workers had a direct view into our bedroom.
