Liman Deluxe Hotel

Rooms are updated & have everything you need. Owner is very helpful with anything you ask for. We chose this location at Marina end against the main beach area of Marmaris as suited us to be nearer to get taxi from bus station & get to ferry port for our departure. Area has everything here as in long strip restaurant choices & grand bazaar shops..Breakfast was great too served downstairs with water views. Also has a top deck area with views of Marmaris.

Noisy extraction fans from restaurants & bit of party noise at night but likely is worse over in main part of Marmaris Beach as that has loads of late night busy tourist bars. Carpet on all stairs needs replacing.

The view and the single staff Farat bent over backwards to help me. Wonderful clean bathroom with strong hot water.

No reception or telephone in Room

Only one comfortable option is a good shower.

The hotel has no parking, so we had to park a few blocks away and walk with our suitcases. The hotel is impossible to find at all, the hotel manager caught us by chance on the embankment and took us to our room. The hotel reception is located in the restaurant kitchen (obviously, a complete violation of any sanitary standards, we refused to have breakfast there for this reason). The photos of the room do not correspond to reality - the windows of the room look out onto a dirty inner courtyard, which is more of a technical passage between buildings - the sea, of course, is not visible.
