The Hotel Giles is a wonderful hidden Hill Country treasure! Historic beauty and friendly and knowledgeable staff! We are going back ASAP!

Wonderful place to spend our time in Comfort, great location, great staff and facility. This is a return trip and will not be our last!

My siblings and I gifted my parents a stay at The Hotel Giles as part of their 50th Anniversary trip. They had nothing but good things to say about their stay. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel grounds were beautiful (many pictures were texted😍), and the employees were friendly. I even requested a bottle of wine to be placed in their room before they arrived and they made it happen. Would recommend!!

Always Great all around from the staff to the rooms and the Breakfast was top notch. The entertainment was also top level.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Giles! The historic charm of the property is beautifully maintained, and from the moment we walked in, the reception area greeted us with an amazing scent that set the tone for a relaxing visit. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and included in the price—a real highlight of our stay. Complimentary water was also provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff went above and beyond; everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the little surprises—chocolates at reception and even chocolates in our room to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which made the experience extra special. On Friday evening, we were delighted by a complimentary happy hour with delicious food and drinks, accompanied by a talented regional musician playing in the parlor room near the reception. It created such a warm, authentic atmosphere and made our stay feel truly unique. Our room was spotless, very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us one of the best nights of rest we’ve had while traveling. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and well cared for. Overall, Hotel Giles exceeded our expectations. Between the warm hospitality, delicious breakfast, live music, and all the thoughtful details, it’s truly a gem in Comfort, Texas. Highly recommended!

Lovely old hotel with the friendliest, helpful staff. Enjoyed a good breakfast each morning. Very comfortable bedding. A good experience of a bygone era with modern amenities.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is. Everything is so well preserved and is set up for optimal enjoyment. There is a wonderful courtyard with a firepit and plenty of seating to just relax and enjoy. Even enjoyed the little hummingbird flittering around from plant to plant.

I was sent to Hotel Giles from another hotel because they had a Tesla charger. My experience was so positive that I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I now come to Kerrville for business. This is the epitome of small town hospitality and 💯 worth the extra travel time. The rooms are clean with attention to details, beds are comfortable, and the check-in/out process is contactless=easy +convenient..

Very nice place! Clean and within walkable distance of food. There was a slight chemical smell to our bathroom in the 1st floor room but nonetheless tolerable. Would come again!
