"Good location, near airport"

Rooms are large, walls seem to be soundproofed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only minutes from the airport.

The only thing that was objectionable was that the tall table in the room was very dirty. Covered in sticky scum. Luckily I travel with wipes so I could clean it. Made me wonder how clean the rest of the room was.

The beds are comfy.

I wish I would have known that the shuttle from the airport ends at 11:50pm. We had to take an uber and it cost us $30. We only booked this hotel for the shuttle service.

Great location!

-Hotel needs to provide directions/map for customers for shuttle pick-up location at the airport. This was very confusing and we had to wait almost an hour to be picked up. -The air conditioning in our room (#114) kept cutting off and did not keep the room cool. When I informed the staff at the front desk, the young lady was at best indifferent and offered a fake apology. -The floor in our shower was extremely slippery and I almost fell twice entering and exiting the shower. Again, the young lady at the front desk was ambivalent. -The pump on the shampoo bottle in the shower also did not work. While this was minor, a good bit of shampoo got wasted trying to figure out how to get it out of the dispenser.
