B&B Hotel Maribor

Très bon emplacement. Très chouette chambre. Personnel super réactif. La télé ne fonctionnait pas et dans les 5 minutes, le problème était résolu avec un changement de chambre.

Good location, clean rooms

Uneven water pressure. It was tap water cold one second, boiling hot the next. Taking a shower was an 'adventure'. No kettle in the room.

Excellent help from staff for local information. Limited continental-type breakfast, but very good and tasty. Nice location - away from the centre but definitely close enough to easily walk to the riverside. Handy for both bus and rail stations.

The location - wonderful, city center itself. The room - really clean and comfy. The staff - always super polite and helpful. I arrived almost at midnight, and the cool thing is their reception is 24/7.

-Wij hadden een kamer die zou zijn voor disabled persoon. Oftewel hulpbehoevend, enige wat gedaan was is geen douchescherm plaatsen? Dan moet je ook andere voorzieningen treffen zoals beugels wc en douche. Nu zat de gehele badkamer onder, het badmeubel zit tegen de douche aan. Plaats en scherm en maak er een gewone kamer van. -TV werkte streaming niet gemeld en niet verholpen -Ontbijt staat op fotos vermeld lift.......wij hadden 20% ervan. Alles was op en werd minimaal bijgevuld. Zaal zat bomvol, teveel mensen en een te kleine ruimte met te weinig personeel -Kamer had 1 raam, je keek zo naar een kamer tegenover in een ander gebouw, tussen ruimte rond 3 meter. Als je niet of schaars aangekleed bent dus gordijn dicht doen..... Verder was de prijs t.o.v NL begrippen goedkoop, mag je dus meer verwachten? Ben ik te kritisch?

La chambre était jolie et propre, et l'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter le centre de Maribor. Nous avons pu laisser nos vélos dans l'hôtel sous les escaliers.

L'organisation du petit-déjeuner est très mauvaise et le choix y est restreint (une seule confiture par exemple). Le personnel est débordé et il n'y a pas la place pour circuler et pas assez de tables pour le nombre de clients. Dans la chambre il manque une armoire ou des étagères pour poser les affaires, surtout si on reste plusieurs nuits. Le personnel de ménage passe avant 7h du matin dans les couloirs avec son chariot, et l'isolation phonique est mauvaise, donc réveil gratuit assuré avant 7h. Nous avions une chambre côté route principale, même avec la fenêtre fermée, on entend bien le trafic.
