"I would definitely do it again"

Spacious, modern, and clean apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. The building is well-designed—the bedroom windows overlook a quiet, small courtyard. Comfortable beds, plenty of hangers in the closets. A great location for those who enjoy walking—a few kilometers of waterfront just a few hundred meters away. Nearby (1–1.5 km) are several good shopping malls and restaurants for dinner.

It's a small detail, but there isn't a single hook in the bathroom to hang clothes on. There was also no lamp by the bed in one of the two bedrooms.

"Highly recommended"

Amazing flat, everything looks so new, spacious and comfortable, rooms and beds were great, plenty of shops and supermarkets around. Great location specially if you are planing exploring the island driving, there is an exit to the motor way near by, if you are planing to walk the flat is very close to the sea with plenty of restaurants and cafes.

I would have loved to find essential cooking stuff e.g. salt, oil, sugar, etc. however this didn't affect my stay, just a suggestion.

"Prima verblijf in een nieuw, schoon en ruim opgezet appartement"

Wij hadden een 2 persoons appartement gehuurd, maar verbleven in een 4 persoons appartement. Heel ruim, nieuw en schoon! Bedden waren uitstekend, net als de badkamer. Er stond een welkoms mand met versnaperingen, fles water en wijn.

De afstand naar het strand waar je strandbedjes kunt huren is op ongeveer 30 minuten lopen vanaf het appartement. De boulevard begint vlakbij, maar voor de leuke en betere restaurants toch best nog wel een eind lopen.

Everything was perfect! The property is new and very clean! Our apartment was huge (around 75 square meters) and the facilities were outstanding! The location is excellent, close to the Las Canteras beach promenade (the surfing area), a walking distance away from one of the Las Palmas shopping centers, and very close to the island highway network of the island. Each apartment has its own parking spot (the parking spots are not numbered but there was enough space for everyone) in the underground parking. The staff were helpful and kind. Thank you again!
