Good location and building facilities.

The apartment was not well maintained. There was mold/dirt on the bathroom ceiling / walls. Also, based on the photos, the apartment was facing Guilherme Bannitz / João Clímaco Pereira streets, but the unit given to me was actually facing Av. Santo Amaro, which is extremely noisy throughout the day and night.
