Best bed and breakfast in Samana Breakfast Included

Everything was clean, I was given beach towels in addition to normal shower towels and Richard was super helpful. I arrived on a day with heavy thunderstorms and he invited me to have homemade dinner so I wouldn't have to go out in the rain. The location is also great. It's only a very short walk to the boat terminal where tours to Los Haitises and the ferry to Sabana de la Mar depart from.

Our host was very attentive to our needs. The room was in his home, so he was always available and very helpful with travel advice. The breakfast is included and was very good. There is a nice view of the bay.

Comfy, cosy and well-equipped, with good choice of breakfasts prepared by the host, Richard. We had our own room and bathroom, with shared kitchen (which we could use for lunch and dinner preparation), in Richard's modest house. Located close to buses and ferry. It suited us very well, (though if you want to stay somewhere flashy and modern then look elsewhere). Some nice extra touches, such as the folding beach chairs we could take to the beach with us.
