Great location, very close to all restaurants, shops and sea! The house is very big, all rooms are spacious. Very clean as well. Also check in/out was very easy.

Very noisy in the big double bedroom as it faces the main road but problem solved with earplugs!

The outside space was fantastic. We didn't use the BBQ, but if we had been there longer, we would have. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were really comfy. Enjoyed the larger table, for us to sit around together, though the smaller table to the kitchen was very useful stop-gap. The location was fab, not far from everything at all.

I would be nit-picking here, but the shower cubicles we very small, the shower upstairs had nowhere to fix the head to, so had to be held in use.

This was definitely a good base for our visit to Iraklio. It’s a very spacious apartment with three bedrooms, plus a very workable kitchen and a nice living space. We didn’t use the outdoor space because we were just too busy, but it’s there, if a bit small. The apartment was relatively well appointed, thoigh we would’ve liked there to be an extra blanket made available for our son who slept on the sofa. There is AC in each of the main living spaces, which is absolutely a must in Crete for at least four months of the year, and there’s even a washer dryer. The location is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the central pedestrian area in Heraklion, which houses lots of shops and restaurants, and the rental agent was very accessible by text. Easy check-in with a code sent ahead of time, so no need to arrange to meet someone for a key handoff. Two things that we would recommend the owner address – the mattresses were all very, very firm, which is not optimal for some people’s backs, but most critically, the Wi-Fi really doesn’t work. It made watching TV virtually impossible, and it really just wasn’t functional. That absolutely should be addressed. We would stay there again but ask if they had fixed the WiFi before doing so!

Very spacious, comfortable and pleasant home right by the old town. Very close to the port. Nice full kitchen, bathrooms and the patio. Very quiet neighborhood but minutes away from the restaurants and shops. The owner was very helpful with everything, including getting us a taxi to the airport.

This is a good size apartment furnished comfortably with a nice outside space. It’s close to the centre and to the harbour - in easy reach of restaurants and shops. Heraklion is not a pretty town but there are good places to visit in the area, we found people very friendly and eating out was very good value.

The house was lovely, well designed, nicely furnished. We have stayed there for 6 nights and we had everything we needed. Location was perfect for the sightseeing, dinners and for experiencing the sea.

Just a minor remark - experience would have been even better if there were some basic kitchen ingridients (salt, peper,oil) available appart of the coffe and sugar that were provided.
