"Très bon séjour "

Perosnne très accueillant. De l’eau nous attendait dans notre chambre et avec le temps de route et cette chaleur, nous avons apprécié le geste. Il n’y avait plus de chambre familiale nous avons donc bénéficié de deux chambres communicantes (donc deux salles d’eau), c’était parfait. Literie idéale pour nous. Le métro est proche. Une galerie commerciale accolée si besoin. Merci pour notre premier séjour à Lille et dans cet hôtel

Gode fasiliteter, bra frokost, store rom, gode senger, hyggelig og hjelpsomme ansatte, 2 engelske kanaler OG pacman spill i resepsjonen! Likte meg godt og det var en god atmosfære her. 20 sek fra inng.døren til et lite shoppingsenter med alt man trenger. Muligheter for å ta med mat til hotellet og bruke frokostsalen til å spise i (mikro-ovn, gratis kaffemaskin og tallerkener/bestikk osv er lett tilgjengelig)0

Lovely place to stay, Room was perfect size for us to have space. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. Bit of a walk into the main part of Lille from hotel but was nice to walk through places we might not have seen. Hotel being attached to shopping centre was convenient too popping out for food and a look around. Would stay there again.

Falta de profissionalismo. Pouco treinamento. Quartos rústicos. Lugar terrível para se chegar. Mau localizado. Sai hj as 5:25 da manhã e a recepção estava abandonada. Relaxo

"Prima hotel voor een door reis"

Prima hotel uit zicht op de camping van zigeuners. Maar we zijn daar heel goed geholpen door het personeel. Mooie schone kamer 👍

Loved that our Room was large. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast spread for a good price. Certainly didn’t like the fact that there was no complimentary tea/ coffee or kettle in the rooms. The wifi connectivity was also a stinker; very unstable.

Booked for my student for interim of a study abroad program when his dorm closed. He said it was nice and clean, in a nice area. Only issue was that the wifi signal was not good or consistent so he had to purchase data for his phone.
