The room was good, but we were very disappointed to learn, when we got there, that everything was off limits to us, except the pool and ocean!! We were not allowed to eat, drink, get coffee, at any of their restaurants, use the entertainment room, shop at the gift shop, use the laundry room, no housekeeping, or get fresh towels!! We didn’t find any of this out until we put towels outside our door to exchange for clean ones, and didn’t receive any, then went downstairs to get coffee and breakfast, and were turned away, after being told, we were renting a privately owned condo, and not renting from the resort. You should let renters know this before they book and make it more noticeable in the fine print! We discovered it on the front of refrigerator on a small paper, but not until we started being turned away from everything through the week! We bought groceries but there were not many cooking pans, to cook with, only two small pots, no frying pans, or baking/cooking pans/sheets. Hope this helps the next guest.

"Stressed out customer"

This is not a hotel - this is a privately owned condo and 5 others were purchased by the same company. The Coral Beach is not affiliated with the Mangolia which means we weren’t able to utilize the amenities. We arrived late and couldn’t feed our 6 person family due to no access to the food. We had to DoorDash. Hotels only relocated us for 2 out of the 4 days!!!!! I still had to pay for the last 2 days for my family! Our trip went from $1200 to over $3k. I’m still working on the disputes and I’ve been back for 3 days. My family had to move hotels 3x!! On top of that - the room was dirty when we arrived; the windows has prints all over - garbage - dirty towel - fire alarm was dead and beeping - Murphy bed sheets were dirty - grey comforter had what look like sunscreen all over it. We left the room for 3 hrs and all that was changed was the battery. I cried due to this mess - I drove over 13hrs and wasn’t able to get into a bed until after 2am. I’m very dissatisfied!!!!

This was awful. We arrived at the resort to find out we did not have access to any of the resort restaurants, shops, or entertainment since we booked with a "private owner". This was not disclosed during booking at all. Then, the fridge went in the first room. In addition the room had an awful musty smell and was outdated and unclean. Moved to a second room that was even more dirty, a large dead cockroach, and a broken mirror. Then, the music down below was so loud you couldnt even hear each other to talk and it's all you heard all night. We checked out agter 1 night and were supposed to be there 5 nights. Property did refund a portion of the cost.
