Very dirty waited over 10 min for someone to arrive to check us in. Took a picture of my debit card ? For what purpose don’t know . Hopefully I don’t get scammed

Rooms are super super small for the price. Not clean

Though this property is inexpensive, I would not recommend. We arrived to no one at the office and it being locked. The manager showed up within five minutes, but still inconvenient. We paid extra for a garden room. Not worth the money. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. Room was updated, but shower only had warm water, not hot and major repairs throughout room were needed. Some of the lights didn’t work the remote didn’t have the battery very cramped and looked as they didn’t finish cleaning. Bed was hard, and no coffee was available. The Wi-Fi router shares an outlet with the top toaster, and gets unplugged. The property is located across the street from the Brightline train track, which goes by about every five minutes. If there are soundproof rooms, I wouldn’t be able to hear it. Therefore not sound proof, rooms, not free coffee, not free reliable Wi-Fi. Basic things that you would expect from any place you stay. Not worth the money at all.

Room had not been cleaned when i arrived.

This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed barely fit and there was no room to walk around it. There was also.no remote for the television and when I called to request one I was told they would get back to me but never did. The whole experience was disappointing and I cannot recommend this motel to anyone.

A good stay and staff is friendly

This was a last minute booking due to a change in our plans. We needed something in the general area of family and needed something within a budget. The motel did have those two things. However, the advertised accommodations left much to be desired. Although the room was clean. The shower was small annd dark and there was no hot water. Warm showers only. The area where they had a small coffee maker was located is where they several birds in cages and the bird poop was everywhere. One long term guest told us not to use the toaster that was there because she had seen rats around it in the past. There was a train track on the other side of the road from the motel that ran continuously and the noise was disturbing. We paid for three nights but left after two.

Bad from the very beginning. 1) We arrived at 11 pm and there was nobody at the reception. There was just a sign with a telefone number to call (no wsapp, just calls!!), what it meant a big problem for us that we didn't have a US phone to call. We had to ask a lady to call for us and then wait like 10 minutes for the guy to arrive. 2) The bedroom had an awful smell, a mix between humidity and lack of fresh air. 3) last but not the least, they charged us more than what our reservation said. We asked the guy in charge and he said there were other fees and whatever, not fine at all. 4) the coffee place very dirty, with birds and dust from days. In conclusion, look for another place to stay. Expensive and doesn't worth it
