Proximity to Guruvayoor temple

The toilets were smelly. There no buckets in the toilet. There was no kettle or tea bag. They told that only suite rooms will be provided those. The break fast buffet was really cold . The speed to replenishing finished food items was really slow. They did not even bother to activate a channel on the tv as per my request. Overall was a disappointing trip.

Staying for the 2nd time in last 3 months. The ambience and close proximity to the temple is excellent. Very clean rooms and facilities. Staff livery to be upgraded for a pleasant presentation.

Would appreciate the tea / coffee stations in all rooms as kitchen opens by 8 am only and closes by 10 pm. Must keep breakfast hot and warm in the casseroles.

Very very cozy n comfy rooms.. Neat , clean, silent, centralized AC.. Very good breakfast .. Only 500 mtrs frm temple..
