Location, thoughtfulness of so many details, including bug spray, having a patio overlooking the river, pickle ball court, games, puzzles, store right next door, plenty of parking,

Store staff weren’t the friendliest. The guy in charge was cool and helpful though. Bummer that the coffee maker and tv didn’t work in the single room.
