Swifts, Southwold

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Swifts. The property has been incredibly well thought through in meeting the needs of its guests and is well-furnished throughout. All rooms were of very good sizes, well equipped (including a generously proportioned TV) and in a spotless condition when we arrived. Although not a big area, the outdoor space is a securely enclosed space for barbecuing. The off-street parking was a real bonus, although we never had any problems parking on the road outside. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a location within easy walking distance of the beautiful seafront and pier. The key safe also worked very well. The only observation we have (and it’s incredibly minor) is that a non-slip doormat would be a welcome addition. Would certainly stay in the Swifts again and have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

The location of the house was perfect - 5 minutes to the sea and 5 minutes to the town centre. Communication was prompt and minor problem was dealt with immediately. The house was exceptionally clean, warm and spacious.

Modern, spacious, clean ....What a fabulous house. Just a few minutes from the beach and the centre of the town. An ideal location. The property had everything you need for your stay. A great place to stay I could not recommend this house highly enough. It is great.

House it beautiful, super comfy and like a home from home. Everything catered for. Perfectly located. We will definitely be coming back.
