A good location for exploring Suffolk

We were given incorrect information about the location of the key safe. We were told it was on the right hand side of the front door. In fact it was on the left hand side behind a wooden post. We had to climb inside a shed to locate the spare keys. Someone did come out to show us the location of the key safe.

Lovely spacious rooms, comfortable beds, extremely clean, well equipped kitchen. Very nice garden. No complaints at all - it was perfect. Great location for exploring coastal towns and places of interest.

Only a very slight niggle- as the decking is a step up it would be helpful to have a little handrail.

Pre visit i.nformation came from two sources which sometimes differed slightly. We found this confusing

Gorgeous property, spacious, clean, comfy beds, excellent area. No need for a/c on our stay. It's nice that there was coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, aluminum paper, dishwasher detergent, etc. We were able to eat in the house every day. Walking distance from Snape Maltings, where the 2 delicatessen stores had everything we needed to cook something quick and superb. Only critique is that the washer & dryer were in a shed outside the house and the shed was FULL of spiders (20+). We ended up washing by hand. Other than that, our stay was PERFECT. My daughter was there for a week-long course at Snape Maltings so, to us, the location was great. We went hiking every day. The owners provide all the info you need to get a taxi and other services. Every detail was well thought through. I did leave a long review on the spider situation so I am sure they will take note and solve it. If you stay here, you won't regret it!

Enjoyed a fantastic few days at this wonderful property. Management company were very responsive and helpful and the digital welcome folder is one of the best we’ve ever received. Property is super dog friendly, walks from the door and a great garden for them to explore.
