Pleasantly surprised, spotlessly clean and fresh..exactly the same as in the pictures. Lovely cottage, nice touch was the much appreciated welcome pack. Perfectly located with a handy local shop and Swan pub... Everyone in the pub makes you very welcome and so friendly...

Would be handy to have an iron and ironing board

"We enjoyed walking in the area and discovering the Suffolk coast. The village shop was great and even open on Sunday."

In a very pretty village. Lots of information about walks in the area. Comfortable beds. Full cooker in kitchen.

Low ceilings. Lack of dining chairs downstairs. Too little loo paper for 3 guests. No black out curtains.

Comfortable cosy cottage in an ideal location for exploring the area. 30 mins walk to the coast.

Great location for us, dogs settled quickly

Cobwebs in most corners of rooms, hairs in bed, was expecting it mint as such a big deal was made on how much was being spent on cleaning out of the rate charged.
