Excellent service, Langham standards maintained, delicious room service food

They used to have langham thongs instead of slippers which were perfect for the beach. Bar food service closed too early

We really enjoyed the hotel breakfast; the service was excellent, and there were Cantonese-speaking staff who provided us with exceptional service. Cathy, in particular, was very patient in answering our questions. We were very grateful to her. The hotel's location is great and very convenient. The afternoon tea was excellent, and the swimming pool was nice too. My friend and I stayed for four days and had a great experience. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back next time.

Beautiful facilities and friendly check in staff.

Waiting for the lifts in the property. Sometimes you could wait for 10 minutes there obviously is not enough lifts in the building for the amount of people
