Le personnel était très accueillant. L’auberge est identique à la description, simple mais pratique. L’emplacement est idéal, nous pouvons rejoindre le centre ville, les magasins et les arrêts de bus à pieds facilement.

Hostel simples, mas organizado, com boa localização e atendeu as minhas expectativas. Ponto alto do hostel, sem dúvidas é a equipe, Valkíria, Bia, Vítor, Salomão, a tia da limpeza, vocês são nota 10, que vibe boa! Amei conhecê-los. Fiquei super à vontade, me pareceu uma extensão de casa, em Ubatuba.

Não exatamente não tenha gostado, mas pode melhorar. A cama treliche que fiquei poderia ter mais espaço no nível inferior e do meio. Talheres e utensílios, sobretudo facas, podem melhorar.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a recepção dos voluntários Valkiria, Victor, Beatriz e Salomão. Todos sempre atenciosos e cuidadosos para que eu pudesse ter uma excelente estadia na minha hospedagem. Além de proporcionarem um ambiente agradável me deixaram confortável ao interagir dentro e fora do hostel. Grato pela experiência!

Foi a primeira vez que visitei Ubatuba, provavel que a qualidade da água da torneira seja da mesma qualidade da cidade inteira. Mas gostaria de deixar uma sugestão de colocar um filtro para reabastecer as garrafas.

The place was clean, they cleaned it well every day, the kitchen was comfortable and had everything you needed, even an oven. The staff was amazing and helpful, and the location was good, close to the sea and the stream.

A disgusting smell of fish. There are two shops that sell fish, especially in Taqanfa in Hama. The smell would be worse when I was there. It was cooler, but it was hard to sleep at night because it was really hot and the fan made a lot of noise and didn't do a good job. The girls made noise and were on the phone at night, especially one of the volunteers. It was forbidden to use the kitchen from 10pm and not make noise. They even got angry at me and tried to tell me to go to the room and sleep if I stayed in the living room a little later than the hour, even though they always leave the light on and I sat quietly with headphones on, and everyone only speaks Portuguese. The staff, so it's not easy to communicate with them.
