Here’s a balanced review that keeps it fair, clear, and human while still landing the important points. Great location close to the park and lots of good restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout my stay. I arrived at 4am and there was no issue at all with someone being there to receive me, which I really appreciated after travelling. Again, the sheets and linen were clean, but the bathroom had some wires visible from the ceiling/window area and could really benefit from a deep clean. I would consider staying again, especially if the price were a bit lower.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. The evenings were quiet and peaceful and I slept well every night. The first room I was given had a damp smell and both the shower and the general decor felt very dated, not like the photos. The towels and sheets were old but they were clean. I then moved to a king room with wooden floors, which was lovely and much nicer for the rest of my stay. One issue was that the shower and hot water seemed to work in cycles. After two or three minutes the pressure would drop and the water would stop, then come back again very hot and strong.

Ich habe im Grunde das bekommen, was ich für wenig Geld gebucht habe: ein trockenes Zimmer für eine Woche in Delhi. In Deutsch wäre ich sofort ausgezogen, aber in Indien habe ich andere Maßstäbe. Die Dusche hat wenig Wasserdruck und ist schwer zwischen kalt und heiß zu regeln. Das Frühstück gibt es aufs Zimmer, Omelette und Toastbrot. Das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher mit Instantkaffee und Tee. Die Angestellten sind freundlich und bemüht.
