Location, Sweetwater bakery in the morning. Culivers for the rest of the day. Literally across the street to the expresseay entersnce. People super friendly. Microwave and refrigerator. Tv works. They replaced towels while we out. Post covid decent cleaniness. We were really lucky to get this place. Oh, $10/day pet fee.

Y'all bathroom was nasty

The room and stay was not well represented. No breakfast, I was sure I chose this room because it served breakfast. That aside, the room was decent that’s it. Heat didn’t work properly, had to call the front desk, but no one ever came to even check it out. Wi-Fi was terrible and weak. The room served its purpose just somewhere to sleep.

The location was good, close to the places I needed to go.

The first room we were put into had a filthy dirty bathtub with dried shampoo and mucus in the tub. The toilet was broken and had absolutely no water in it, bit even in the tank. The TV was unplugged and we had to move the furniture out to plug it in and the floors had never been swept or vacuumed. So after that mess of a room they moved us to a different room that didn't even have a handle on the outside of the door and everything was unplugged again and we had to move the furniture to plug it all in. My fiance went to take a shower and when he turned the water on, it was nothing but rusty colored water and the shower had to run for 10.minutes before he could use it. The toilet had set so long with water in it and not flushed that it had a black rim around the water level. I went to dry my hair and the hair dryer didn't work and we had to go to the front desk and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring me another one. I really don't feel that I should have had to pay for my stay. It was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very disgusting.

My husband and I have a Yorkie that we travel with. The service desk personnel listened to my husband and put us in a very quiet room area where we could walk out little princess just right out the door. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed just a little hard for me but most are. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine. Boiler was out on the side for the room that I booked but was given another room which was fine. Staff very friendly and accommodating!

Heater was a bit too noisy when it came on each time. Wish there had been a printed channel guide.

Everything else 🙁. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the door looked like it had been kicked in previously. If it weren’t for the horrible weather outside we would have went elsewhere. The staff was very friendly.
