O apartamento tinha todas as condições necessárias para fazer refeições e estava organizado e limpo.

Só havia um pano na cozinha e não havia nenhum acessório para deixar a loiça a escorrer.

Decoração discreta, mas com bom gosto. Bem equipado. Colchão do sofá-cama firme (e confortável, de acordo com a pergunta feita e adequadamente respondida). Limpeza geral muito boa.

Ainda que seja óbvio que as obras de melhoria (do edifício antigo) são recentes e me parecem bem executadas, nota-se 1 ou 2 pontos (discretos) em que a tinta descola, por alguma bolsa de humidade mais renitente. Mas nada de significativo nem de desagradável.
