Excelente localização e fácil acesso. Para quem vai apenas trabalhar e precisa de um local confortável para ficar é ótimo. Tudo bem limpo e organizado, funcionários sempre disponíveis e solícitos desde a recepção até a limpeza!

Infelizmente o telhado é improvisado, é uma telha de baixa qualidade. Se chover, quem tem sono leve pode acordar. Além disso, tem uma viga perigosíssima passando em cima da cama, se levantar no susto você bate a cabeça. Isso sem falar na escada para subir para a cama, achei que não suportaria meu peso e é bem desconfortável para descer. A estrutura não responde bem na hora da descida.
