HOTEL TREVI Palazzo Natalini

Un posto incantevole, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Staff eccellente, camere spaziose e silenziose, tutto curato in ogni dettaglio. Poi, cosa dire di Ilenia e tutti i suoi collaboratori.....MERAVIGLIOSI!!!!! Hotel Trevi i trova a pochi metri dal centro storico, dove c'è tutto a portata di mano. Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi. Ci ritornerei senza battere ciglio. Dimenticavo, colazioni fantastiche, tutti prodotti a km zero. Andate e non ve pentirete mai.

Non c'è nulla che non ci é piaciuto. Peccato che la valutazione si ferma a 10.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, und das Zimmer war hübsch

Die Dame an der Rezeption war zickig und genervt. Sie hat nur telefoniert und Augen für ihr Handy. Das Frühstück war lieblos und hatte ein sehr geringes Angebot. Der Kaffee war kalt.

Welcomed well after a long walk, offered upgrade which was really appreciated. Clean and spacious room. Price was excellent which included small continental breakfast with hot coffee.

Shower leaked but that didn’t spoil our stay

This place seems legit from outside and upon entering the lobby reception. But that impression fades quickly as you make your way to your room and are hit with an overpowering smell of institutional cleaning agents, redolent of public school bathrooms. Place is managed chaotically with deferred maintenance and lack of investment in keeping up the rooms. Most frustrating thing is that staff are not empowered to address your concerns but brush off complaints with reflexive “we’ll et the owner know.” Backbone of operations appears to be a pair of twenty year old girls. Thus the toilet in my room that had its toilet seat detached was not addressed during my stay.

Iconic Umbrian Hotel located in a very special hill top town. Host was helpful and recommend an excellent restaurant. Upgraded to a lovely room.
