Communication with the host was excellent. We particularly loved the full set kitchen and the views from the balconies: vulcano and see. The flat was large enough and 2 min walking distance from the beach.

Appartement passt nicht zu den Bildern, wir bekamen dann auf Anfrage doch noch das entsprechende Appartement. Küchenausstattung sehr reduziert.

First directions given to location could helpfully mention red metal gates at entrance to village and arrangements to open them.

Few more utensils in kitchen would be helpful - wooden spatula, kitchen and bread knives.

Quick key collection, location 50m from beach, friendly host

While the location is perfect for beach (50m) it’s quite far away from any restaurants or shops.

The location is exceptional, it's just like 100 metres from the sea and you can also get a lovely view off the balcony to both Etna and the sea. The host is very nice although they don't speak English (at least those who are round all the time). Every room has an AC which is great!

There're just a handful of sockets and most of them are already in use, so we end up buying a multi plug socket. Also, hosts had a party (celebrating their 30 years of marriage) with a quite loud music, which is not great when you have a little kid.

Very clean the apartmant, safe parking, extremely kind and helpful hosts. My husband had some problems with his stomach when we arrived in the evening, they helped with some medicine.

There could be some hangers in the beautiful bathroom for the towels - but it was not a real problem, there was a rack for drying clothes on the balcony and the weather was warm. The location is quiet and a car is needed, but that was our plan: to stay in a quiet area near the beach and short drive from sights like Taormina, syrakusa, Noto.
