It was nice & warm as we walked in. Plenty space for us all. Goid lication from shops.

Though the house was clean. There were things in kitchen that weren't. I.E untensils & crockery had to be washed before use. The back door didnt lock. Shower head in en suite was hanging off wall.

Absolutely stinks but apart from that it’s ok. You guys need to sort the smells out

Nice size, appliances for washing and drying etc were great, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, tea coffee and biscuits were left, and always had an instant reply to any faults we had to report

Boiler and hot water issues, faulty coffee machine (which is just a bonus appliance!) , broken floor tiles, backwards taps, no TV ariel and not overly clean (feet were black and damp issues) , maybe just a little run down but understand this can be an issue when constantly renting, would rent the property again if needed

Easy to find and park. Good sized rooms and shower worked well.

The bed in the front bedroom was just awful. The most uncomfortable, lumpy, horrible bed I think I have ever tried to sleep on. Noise from the road and upstairs neighbours until 3am made it even harder to sleep. Rear garden is totally overgrown so it's a missed opportunity.

The decor was lovely and felt quite homely. Decent facilities in the kitchen. Comfy beds and good space.

Could hear every movement from upstairs, was woken up early every morning and on the weekend too and I am a heavy sleeper. It was so loud! When we first arrived, the outdoor glass table had been smashed and sent over pictures of all the issues such as broken toilet seat, stains on rug and cushions, full bins outside. The host did sort the bins and someone cleared away the table the day after. Could have done with bigger pots and pans as there wasn’t any big enough to cook for 3. On the 5th day of our stay we found slugs in one of the bedrooms, crawling along the carpet, asked the host to come investigate and they said they can get in through small gaps and said they are harmless. Felt quite uncomfortable with this and didn’t want to check if there were more. Gave the host another opportunity to rectify this and were told there’s nothing they could do. Real shame as we had initially planned to stay here on several occasions.
