What a beautiful resort! Everything is just perfect and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had in any hotel. They had some movies for kids in the evening and there is a kids club but there could have been more activities especially since it was Eid time. The staff are very friendly and helpful and our suite was well designed, clean and spacious. I highly recommend Jumeirah Resort Bahrain

I had a wonderful experience at the resort, where the rooms were impeccably clean and the views were absolutely stunning. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Supervisor Oumaima for her genuine dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect. The food, particularly the Lebanese cuisine, was delightful, especially the Mezza and mixed grill. I also want to thank Ahmed from room service, Saif from Jordan, Juma by the pool, and Manager Lara for their excellent service. A special mention goes to Oum and Hussain at the reception for their outstanding hospitality.

Our stay started with a completely horrible experience with one of the staff at the reception namely Oum. She was inattentive unprofessional and disrespectful from the start, her tone of voice was very unfriendly and cold. When I mentioned that I didn’t like her tone she she replied by saying and i quote “you too” My husband and I were shocked at her response, bearing in mind we were with our toddler and 8 month old baby After that we told her we don’t want to be served by her, she told us we could go to another check in desk, we then asked her to get a manager because her behavior was unbelievable Lea the front desk manager tried to turn around our experience, she was kind and apologetic for the way that staff member behaved. Special thanks to her When you check into any 5 star hotel/resort the last thing you expect to face is rude staff.

We had a wonderful staycation! Staff are very warm, professional,attentive and friendly. Room service was excellent 👌. We enjoyed the swimming pools and the beach ( which has life guards that pay extra attention to children! Our daughter enjoyed the kids club! We will definitely be back 🙂! And recommend to our friends!! 😊😊

We have just returned from our 2nd stay at this beautiful hotel for February half term week. We visited for the first time in December 2024 for a holiday and to see Eminem in concert and just visited last week for a family holiday. This is the best Jumeirah hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel and grounds are simply stunning. The hotel is so grand and breathtaking taking. The hotel offers an abra ride around the complex. Beautiful lobby, no expense spared in the decor. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Always cleaned to the highest level. Lots of variety of food at breakfast time, all fresh. We love the Levantine restaurant - excellent service and food is outstanding. Our daughter loved going to the kids club every day, she was well looked after and she did some lovely crafts and activities. The kids club offers a lot of great opportunities for children. Our daughter also loved her treat that was waiting for her on her bed from the hotel - such a lovely surprise. The level of service we got during the whole of our stay was second to none, felt like we were treated like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and every member of staff always greeted us with a smile and kindness. We have thoroughly enjoyed our two stays at this beautiful hotel. What a beautiful resort, with some of the best service I have ever experienced around the world. We felt the standard of service was also higher than any other Jumeirah we have stayed at too (eg. Oman, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Capri). Staff could honestly not do enough for us. The resort is kept extremely clean and staff throughout are very attentive and seem to anticipate your needs. The poolside service was excellent and everything felt seamless which aided relaxation. The water slides were a huge hit with our 2 and 5 year olds. The food at all the restaurants was a good standard and the children’s plates, bowls etc. made mealtimes more fun. (Yes, it’s the small things!). Rooms feel luxurious and are furnished very well, with good storage. Beds are super comfortable and housekeeping was flawless throughout. We were travelling with our nanny so had two rooms, and I would say the entry level rooms are fine for one adult and 2 children under 5, but might perhaps feel on the small side for 2 adults and 2 children. Weather during February half term was a bit changeable, I would probably return in a slightly warmer month. Having said that, it was so nice to escape the half term crowds at the UAE hotels so I can’t complain! Virender at breakfast truly went above and beyond to make my older daughter very happy and Anug was helpful too. Audrey at Kids Club is a beautiful soul and great with children, as was Amal, which made our holiday much less stressful! Raju at Zahrat was lovely and Dulal in the bar was so sweet and thoughtful. Thank you ever so much to all the staff who showed us so much kindness. Sadly, the beach restaurant was closed as it was off season, which was a bit of a shame as it would have been nice to have a broader selection for a week’s stay. Overall, a beautiful stay and very family friendly. We will most certainly return.

We cannot recommend the hotel enough. Over and above the luxury, the staff were so hospitable and caring! We highly recommend a holiday at this beautiful hotel. We were greeted every morning at breakfast by staff that understood our wants and needs. Everyone from the reception area to the housekeeping staff were so pleasant and willing to help! We would go back there in a heartbeat
