Hotel Voilá Centro Histórico

The hotel is well located in the Central Historic area. The staff is just super in every regard. The bed was very comfortable, good water pressure, quick laundry service reasonably priced, small pool and Jacuzzi on the top floor, excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order, attractive lobby with a bar. The neighborhood is filled with brightly-colored colonial architecture. I got some weekend street noise, but the hotel provides ear plugs. The only minor issue I had is that there was no chair in my room. Another huge plus is the top floor restaurant. I had 6 or 7 dinners there, and the chef is top notch, as is the wait staff.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and very helpful. They made sure that I had the best experience possible. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the historic city center, easily walkable to so many food options, bars, and meeting spots for tours. I highly recommend staying here! I would definitely stay here again when I return to Cartagena. Thank you so much to the staff!

We booked a package deal on Expedia and found it to be a great value. Although our room was a bit on the smaller side, it was still very comfortable. It turned out to be a perfect spot to celebrate my 50th birthday! Despite being located on a bustling street, the rooms were surprisingly soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. We especially enjoyed winding down each evening on the rooftop with a glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again!

The people were fantastic. I am a light sleeper. Roof top band nearby till 2:30 am. Then at dawn the birds go off loudly. The hotel gives earplugs but I could not use effectively.

The staffs were friendly and the environment was clean. The hotel was in an area where you were able to access everything.

I liked that the property was very clean and the staff were very nice! We were greeted with an excellent welcome drink and they helped us call a taxi to the airport!
