I liked the shuttle to the casino. I thought there was a pool but is none

Close to casino and restaurants. Close to Harper’s Ferry National Park. Close to hiking, rafting and shopping.

The $100 deposit requirement. We are older travelers not into destruction of hotel premises. The $10/pp resort fee charged :”for breakfast and the use of the shuttle to the casino,” while breakfast was included in our booking and obviously the casino business lives of clients being expeditiously transported to their business. My husband was not allowed to check in because the hotel regards that as : “a security risk,” because this writer made the booking. Being addressed as “dear” by reception staff, which is demeaning in oh so many aspects. Breakfast choices were so minimal I couldn’t be bothered getting up for it a second time. No coffee/tea welcome station in the lobby.

Convenience of the local casino and Martin's grocery store in other convenience stores and restaurants.

No comfort whatsoever. I acquired bed bugs and am in the process of legal action to settle before my attorney and I pursue legal action. I am very disappointed at this point.

Very quiet. Free shuttle to casino ran frequently. Very limited free breakfast- no hot food. Bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit and yogurt. But that’s enough to fill you up. Would stay again if we were in that area.
