Paragraph Edmonton

I arrived at Paragraph Edmonton on 25/07/2025 with a fully confirmed booking made months in advance through Booking.com. To my shock, I was told by the property manager that my reservation had been cancelled — something I was never informed of. In fact, I had received multiple reminders and even check-in time confirmations from Booking.com just days before arrival. The manager offered no solution, no apology, and no assistance whatsoever. I was left stranded in London without accommodation, with no help from either the property or Booking.com. Meanwhile, other guests were allowed in with ease. It felt like I had simply been cast aside. This experience was incredibly stressful, and the lack of professionalism and accountability from the property was appalling. I wouldn’t trust this place with your travel plans — if anything goes wrong, you’re completely on your own. Strongly recommend avoiding Paragraph Edmonton.

Easy to find, easy access to property. Parking available. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed

Was woken up at 9am by the cleaner entering room while we were in bed. Then she knocked on the door at 10:15 to tell us we have to be out by 10:30am like we didn't already know. It felt very rushed

Do not stay here. They clearly wanted more money so double booked us. We never ended up sleeping here and had to get another hotel. The owner clearly didn't care either and now we're £80 out of pocket.

Yeah it was a reasonably nice place and no complaints with the apartment itself.

It was noisey at night and a little pricey

Overall it was clean

I would have scored higher but there was a dirty stain on bedspread Also was kept waiting till 3:30 for room when check-in was 3pm Did ask for earlier time and no response aslo when did have room another couple waiting had to use our bathroom as there room wasn’t ready either and should have been ready for 3pm too

Room was simple and tidy

Sink blocked so didnt drain away, shower head missing parts

It was clean and modern inside

The rooms were incredibly really hot and had no air con or windows. There was an issue with the room as the room number I was given had someone in and the code entry system wasn’t working properly.

It was a good location for the Tottenham Stadium. About a 20 minute walk so no need to worry about getting shafted by an uber after concert. Nice powerful shower Tea, coffee and a kettle in the room

The shower riser rail was broken so was unable to use the shower hose properly. We booked and paid a family room but were not given a family room. Limited parking
